Travis Patterson

Travis Patterson is an avid outdoorsman who has spent many hours on land. He grew up in Breckenridge, Texas, and has extensive experience in deer, dove, and varmint hunting in Stephens and Shackelford Counties. He enjoys spending time in a deer blind observing animal patterns to understand how each species utilizes the land. Because of this, learning and spending time on properties provides him a unique edge in locating and marketing premium hunting properties.

Before joining the Campbell Farm & Ranch team, Travis worked as a Certified Pipe and Construction Welder for over eight years. He has welded for oil and gas companies on multiple underground pipeline projects all over the United States. He understands how these pipelines coexist with the land they occupy. Travis has first-hand building experience with metal barns, homes, and other metal structures. These experiences have equipped him with extensive knowledge of metal construction and ranching improvements, allowing him to advise clients appropriately.

Travis joined Campbell Farm & Ranch in the summer of 2016. He is now a full-time Farm and Ranch Agent and has become a valued member of the Campbell Farm & Ranch Team.

Testimonials

Buyer
Travis was the best advocate for me and my wife that I could have hoped for. When we began our search for a 250-400 acre property in Stephens County, we called him to discuss the area and the prices we saw. He had a ton of knowledge of the area and the history of the parcels for sale, and he had the most up-to-date tools to reach specific parcels. He helped us narrow our search and showed us as many properties as we wanted to visit. On a land tour, you need to be able to get around the property. We were traveling from out of state, and it would be a problem to drag down an ATV - Travis met us with a very comfortable 4-seat UTV for each tour. He took as much time as needed to find the place we wanted to buy. Once we decided on a property, Travis advocated for us, submitting all documents, reviewing all requests, and moving the closing to help our schedules. Even through the closing, he went above and beyond, using his area knowledge to get us all the applications we needed for the water meter, fuel delivery, and similar items. I am more confident in the deal we got and our selection of a property because Travis partnered with us. He was always available and prompt to respond, and I know that I have a resource if I ever have a question about the area as we go forward. We are beyond pleased and happy to have made a new friend. Highly recommend!
