Heath Kramer

Heath Kramer grew up in Graham, Texas, where his family has resided for over six generations while working on various ranching and oil and gas ventures throughout Young County and the surrounding area. As a young man, he developed a genuine love for the outdoors while hunting and fishing on these lands with his three brothers.

In 2012, Heath graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Energy Commerce. After graduation, he pursued a career as a petroleum landman, traveling the United States on various leasing and acquisition projects. As a petroleum landman, Heath acquired extensive knowledge of mineral rights and the differences between surface and mineral ownership. He thoroughly understands the implications of these rights, providing his real estate clients with a unique and valuable skill set not available at other land brokerages.

Heath joined Campbell Farm & Ranch in the winter of 2016 and has transitioned to a full-time farm and ranch real estate agent. He has helped countless buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals, many becoming repeat clients over the years.

Land Buyers
Heath Kramer was the real estate agent on our house purchase in Graham. We are from the Houston area, so closing the transaction could have been very difficult for us regarding getting things arranged and not being familiar with service providers. Heath went above and beyond to get us through, even after closing. He is very knowledgeable about the area, very responsive, and professional. We highly recommend Heath!

We just bought some property in Jack County, and the team at Campbell Farm & Ranch brought the deal together without a hitch. Heath Kramer went above and beyond to make sure we were able to see the whole property and some others we were looking at, too. He was right there for every aspect of the purchase process and always available if we had any issues or concerns. I highly recommend Campbell Farm & Ranch!
