Boone Campbell

Boone Campbell

Boone Campbell genuinely loves land, nature, and all they provide. Growing up as a ranchhand's son on a working ranch in rural Texas instilled in me the importance of hard work and perseverance from a young age. Boone learned the dedication required to run a successful ranch, from early mornings caring for the animals to late nights repairing fences. Boone's love for the land and its inhabitants led him to pursue a career as a farm and ranch agent.

In 2008, Boone graduated from Texas Tech University with two Bachelor of Business Degrees in Accounting and Management while becoming a licensed real estate agent with the Texas Real Estate Commission later that year. Later that year, Boone received his salesperson license and joined forces with his father, David Campbell, an established agent and respected rancher. David made a career from being honest to a fault and willing to work harder than most. This hands-on experience and inherited desire to achieve gave the duo a distinctive perspective, distinguishing them from other real estate agents. Boone honed his land skills as he utilized his education to build an elite farm and ranch brokerage on the rock-solid foundation provided by his father.  Boone obtained his individual broker license in 2012 as the company grew. Adding co-owner Stephanie Campbell as Office Administrator gave Campbell Farm & Ranch the needed advantage to become an elite farm and ranch brokerage in North Central Texas. Over the next decade, Boone hand-selected like-minded individuals to create a team of specialized, local farm and ranch agents.

Boone has worked with a variety of clients, facilitating transactions for properties big and small, from sprawling ranches to quaint family farms. His life experiences and education allow Boone to communicate complex land transactions to " all walks of life".  Boone Campbell enjoys the pressure of navigating difficult situations within our transactions and leveraging his knowledge to the advantage of his clients and agents. Boone utilizes a vast network of industry contacts gathered over multiple lifetimes, enabling him to connect his clients with the necessary resources to achieve their farm and ranch goals.

Buyers/Sellers
"We've bought and sold several properties with CF&R over the past few years and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Each transaction was handled with professionalism and courtesy; phone calls were returned promptly, which we greatly appreciated. When we were buying, they negotiated very well on our behalf, and when it came time to sell, the properties were priced appropriately and we sold very quickly - one property had an offer the first day! Boone, Travis, Stephanie and the entire team at CF&R are honorable, hardworking folks who will treat you right!"
