Campbell Farm & Ranch welcomes Kathy Bailes, a farm and ranch real estate agent with an unbridled passion for agriculture and land management, to our North Texas team. Having grown up in a farming family in Archer County, Texas, Kathy’s hard work ethic and proficiency in land management began at a young age, as she worked alongside her father and grandfather. Following her degree in Agricultural Education from Texas A&M University, Kathy garnered immense success in her career with the USDA-Farm Service Agency, rising to the management level. Furthermore, she brings several years of experience as a commercial loan officer and bank branch manager in Woodson and Throckmorton, Texas. With these experiences, Kathy brings professionalism and a wealth of agricultural knowledge to the Campbell Farm & Ranch team.
Currently residing in Throckmorton County, Texas, Kathy and her husband, Jeff, raised their two sons and enjoyed hunting and fishing activities as a family. Retirement from the Farm Service Agency led her to pursue her passion of becoming a real estate agent specializing in farms and ranches. With her vast background, Kathy comprehensively understands the local farm and ranch industry, including land use, values, agricultural trends, marketing, investing, and financing. Her primary goal is to offer clients an exceptional buying and selling experience.
